Public Information Dispute Resolution Procedure

  1. Information services at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) are managed centrally (one door) by the Coordinator of the information and documentation management officer (PPID), namely the head of the cooperation and Public Relations Bureau (Bkhm) of the Ministry of Education and culture. Public Information Services Unit organized by the Integrated Services Unit (ULT) under Bkhm Kemendikbudristek with an address in Building C 1st Floor, Jl. General Sudirman, Senayan, Central Jakarta 10270;
  2. Applicants for information who have received a written response from PPID Ministry of Education and culture and are considered not to meet the request for information and or other reasons in accordance with the Public Information Disclosure Law No. 14 of 2008 can submit information disputes to the Central Information Commission with the address Wisma BSG Annex Building 1st Floor, Jl Abdul Muis No. 40, Jakarta Pusat 10110 or through the following pages: simsi.komisiinformasi.go.id/register;
  3. In accordance with the provisions of the act, the period for filing information disputes is no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of a written response from the ppid Supervisor of the Ministry of Education and culture, in this case the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and culture and Technology;
  4. Within 14 working days of receipt of the dispute resolution request from the information applicant, The Information Commission begins the dispute resolution process;
  5. The information dispute resolution process can be carried out through mediation and / or non-litigation adjudication hearings no later than 100 working days.
