Head of LLDIKTI Region IX
Dr. Andi Lukman, M.Si., born in Maros on August 17, 1967, is a state civil apparatus (ASN) who currently serves as head of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region IX. With NIP 196708171993031001, he has the rank of Junior Master Builder, Group IV / c.
Andi Lukman graduated from S1 at the University of Veteran Republok Indonesia with a Bachelor's degree in State Administration, then continued his postgraduate studies at the University of East Indonesia with a master's degree in Public Administration. He also earned a S3 in Management Science at the Muslim University of Indonesia. In addition to formal education, Andi Lukman has attended various trainings at home and abroad, including Bridging programs, Academic Networking Training, and leadership training at various levels.
Andi Lukman's career at LLDIKTI Region IX includes various strategic positions. He served as the head of Kopertis Region IX personnel Sub Division from 2012 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, he was appointed as head of institutional and Information Systems, before becoming head of academic and Student Affairs in 2018. He then served as Secretary of LLDIKTI Region IX from 2019 to 2021, before finally becoming the head of LLDIKTI Region IX in 2022 until now.
In recognition of his dedication, he was awarded Satyalencana Karya Satya X Tahun in 2004 and Satyalencana Karya Satya XX Tahun in 2016, both from the president of the Republic of Indonesia.
With extensive experience and strong leadership, Dr. Andi Lukman, M.Si., continues to be committed to advancing the quality of college services in its region.

Syahruddin, S.T, M.M., born in Ujung Pandang on December 15, 1968. He is a man who currently serves with the rank of Stylist level I, Group III / d, with NIP 19681215199303 1004. Armed with extensive experience in various fields, he has served in the government environment with dedication.
In the field of Education, Syahruddin attended elementary school in SD Negeri and continued to develop his capacity through various trainings and courses. Some of them include training of Physics Laboratory managers at ITB Bandung in 1993, technical stabilization of energy Audit in Bogor in 2005, and Web-based Financial Management Information System (SIMKeu) in Bekasi in 2009. He also attended Bendahara functional position Training in Jakarta in 2010 and contract Drafting training in Bandung in 2012. As a professional who is committed to developing his competence, Syahruddin continues to update his capabilities by attending various trainings, including the review of the BMN needs plan in Bali in 2018.
In the course of his career, Syahruddin has experienced various promotions. He began his career as a young arranger (Group II/A) in 1994, then continued to rise to level I young arranger (Group II/b) in 1996, and young arranger (Group III/A) in 2000. His promotion continued until he became a Grade I (Grade III/d) stylist in 2013, which marked his long service in government.
As a disciplined and committed person, Syahruddin is also active in various organizational activities, both during education and after becoming an employee. Outside of his work, he is also known to have hobbies in the field of sports and art, which are an important part of his day to day.
