Objection Procedure For Public Information Request

Information services at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) are managed centrally (one door) by the information and documentation Management Coordinator Officer (PPID), namely the head of the cooperation and Public Relations Bureau (BKHM) of the Ministry of Education and culture. Public Information Services Unit organized by the Integrated Services Unit (ULT) under Bkhm Kemendikbudristek with an address in Building C 1st Floor, Jl. General Sudirman, Senayan, Central Jakarta 10270;
Applicants for information who have received a written response from PPID Kemendikbudristek and are deemed not to meet the request for information and / or other reasons in accordance with the law on Public Information Disclosure number 14 of 2008 may file an information objection to the Superior PPID Kemendikbudristek. Such reasons include: a) the requested information is included in the excluded information; b) no regular provision of Public Information; c) no response to the request for Public Information; d) the request for public information is not as requested; e) non-fulfillment of requests for public information; f) imposition of unreasonable fees; and g) submission of public information beyond the period stipulated in the law.
In accordance with the provisions of the law, the period for filing an information objection is no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the receipt of a written response from the PPID of the Ministry of Education and culture. The objection form can be downloaded here: Objection Form.pdf;
Within a maximum of 30 working days from the receipt of the information objection submission from the registered information applicant, the ppid Supervisor of the Ministry of Education and culture and technology will provide a written response to the information objection submission;
The supervisor of PPID Kemendikbudristek in this case is the Secretary General of Kemendikbudristek.

Monday-Thursday: 09.00-12.00 WIB and 13.00-15.00 WIB
Friday : 09.00-11.30 WIB and 13.30-15.00 WIB
